These sessions are running 10:00 am to 11:00 am (1 hour) each Saturday from the 8th of July through to the 12th of August. \nThese sessions are open to Men\, Women\, and Children of all ages as part of a social and community (and fitness) building activity. We encourage all to come along\, and the sessions will be tailored to accommodate all capabilities whilst remaining fun. \nWe have been working closely with our partner Inner Athlete Gym (https://innerathlete.co.uk/) to create a fun and accessible fitness program for all.
